Nepal

A country of Natural beauty, Nepal has become the ultimate destination for the culture and trekking enthusiast. It has eight of the ten highest mountains including Mt. Everest towering above several chains of hills and snow-capped peaks. Numerous rivers cut through these mountains and carve picturesque gorges and valleys with verdant splendor of rice paddies and cool alpine forests to lush sub-tropical jungles. Enchantment is omnipresent with beautiful terraced farmlands, intriguing cultural diversity and mystical religious practices. The country has been aptly described as "Shangri-la" or the abode of the gods and goddesses. There are age-old Hindu temples, Buddhist monasteries and royal palaces with amazing sculptures, paintings, legends and living rituals. It is simply fascinating!
